These last few months my work has attracted a lot of visitors from China on Fine Art of America. Most of them coming from the town of Shenzhen Dafen famous for its reproduction of paintings at a very cheap price! China does not respect Copyright, actually they do not have Copyright legislation. To protect my work, I have no option but closing my account with FAA. Thank you to you all who have bought merchandise from the site. I will be selling merchandise on Redbubble that is better protected. Meanwhile I am going to search for a way to produce prints of my work myself. My followers know that I am completely mad about roses! This year is no exception. I have taken time off my painting session to spend as much time as possible in my garden. I have had roses cascading and growing in every corners of my garden. I am glad I did some photos as just now with the extreme heat, then strong wind and some welcome rain, they are starting to fade. But I do not mind as I only choose Repeating roses. It means they will flower all Summer. Here are some photos to give you an idea of my passion |
